If you turn it off and then on again it works just fine....quirky little thing but at least we have mastered it now rather than the other way around!

The IB does not occur elsewhere in the document in any view or elsewhere on hard copy. Best wishes. In Word I go to "Word Options" and it is not listed there either. This worked perfectly with the exact same set up in Windows XP (same printer, same version of Word), so it has to be something related to Windows 7. Brilliant idea!
