The extended modem off time apparently made the ISP supply me with a new IP address, but didn't get me any better connectivity with Google.My System apparently doesn't have the same Google Won't Load In Internet Explorer Note: For most users this file is blank. They did all sorts of traces, and changed all sorts of settings for my modem and router (including my password) but they couldn't find anything.

Yesterday, I swapped out the routers and configured the D-Link router exactly as the Buffalo router was configured (SSID, encryption, port forwarding, etc).
