By deleting this folder, then restarting Access, I forced Office to run a repair installation. Also try importing into a new MDB/ACCDB and/or a decompile. Changed that to the correct folder and problem solved.If I had thought to check that from within Access Options I could have saved myself the trouble of searching the registry I Voila!

What do you call the entity seeking to be authenticated? I am running Access 2013 from office professional 64 bit on a laptop running Windows 7 64-bit. I've search around of bit and found very few references to this problem and nothing helps (although, I haven't tried downgrading, yet). In the process I found the regisitry key that pointed to the location for the wizards still pointed to the old path, despite the fact that I had uninstalled and reinstalled
