Pretty weird right? I knew already I wouldn't find it from my past searches, but I did go to System32 for calc.exe--not there. Maybe just the shortcuts are missing. - Now it should be visible under C:\Windows\System32\dllcache folder.

They are GONE COMPLETELY. There should be a copy of those .exe files in your C:\Windows\System32\dllcache folder.
