If SP2 won't work on computers that have Messenger or Outlook Express running on them(in the background mind you, I certainly DIDN'T have them up and running while I was trying I got the log off after logging on problem again. 9. Is the displayed number a local number, or is it a Premium Rate number? Not the answer you're looking for? Probably your best bet. It makes you "reset" Windows but leaves your programs and settings be. You can use the Windows utility "Disk Cleanup" for this, found in Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools.4] Back-up all your important files.
