The old dumps are likely gone due to re-formatting. Then after a few tries it went back to no monitor, no USB Etc. - I had to contact Windows support and one of their support personnel took over control of my machine and provided a product key to activate it.
- I downloaded the drivers from the Asus website, and then moved them to a USB stick to my computer where the card is.
- Dip switches.
- Restart one time more, I reach the bios and the it goes black again.
- just removing the RAM and placing it again did the trick :) GR8!
- Looks like Toshiba don't update with new firmware.

Try to reset the BIOS then try again. If still you get this hanging error then the memory card needs to be changed. I assumed that the motherboard crashed so I decided to buy a brand new motherboard for which I had also to buy a new graphics card and new DDR2 RAM as this makes me think the memory is fine as the CD loads onto memory fine.

Then once Windows was installed, trying to install the adapter again just BSOD'ed win8.1 infinitely. when I boot up I get the microsoft (MS) page with the timer. We can't figure out which motherboard the computer uses.

Tower Specifications: Fujistu siemens tower P3 800MHZ tower. 2 ram pc133 : 128MB : 256MB doesnot produce any beep with OR without memory .
