WORKED PERFECTLY! From a 5.8-inch OLED display, reports of wireless charging and even a 3D scanner for facial recognition, it's all here. The title of the message is "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" and the message says "Runtime Error! Arghh..... I interpreted "every time" to include the situation when she starts Word and closes it immediately, without even opening a document (other than the new and empty document1). I've tried uninstalling Office in Add/Remove Programs and I get "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed.
