Word 2003 Mail Merge - Skipping Records

When I view 'Edit Recipient List' all records are checked, including the missing records that should have merged. It's with the directory choice, I have no extra Next Record fields, although I do have the one required Next Record field. weblink

- I've used data sources from Access and Excel, ending up with the same results.
- Make sure you have highlighted all of the merged field ("<>") including the <‘s and >'s.

- The same merge fields repeat in all 3 rows.

You might want to check that by looking at the form with field names displayed (cntrl-F9). Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. I used both ODBC Excel datasource and just navigated to the Excel file, as in Select Recipients, both methods that worked previously. Either have your Next Records after your Merged Fields or before them; don't change it up as this can cause confusion.
The problem I am having is when I execute the merge, every fourth record from my data source is skipped.
